A pencil or something to draw with.
A piece of paper or something to draw on.
A coin with a designated Star-side and Hat-side.
Start with 4 dots arranged in a square.
There can only be 3 lines attached to a dot, unless you've given a hat to the dot god. This limit of 3 is the line-dot-counter. It only starts at 3, but it can increase.
It is increased by 1 when you give a normal hat to the dot god.
It is increased by 3 when you give a Star-hat to the dot god.
You get hats by having three hat points, and Star-hats by having 3 star points.
You get points by flipping a coin every time a game ends.
If you get all 3 flips on the star side, you get a star point. if you get a hat side even once, you earn a hat point.
The winner is the one that has won the most games when you stop playing.
